My downline, Michelle, made this card~~and I am lovin' it!! The Ginger Blossom paper is a favorite and the Embrace Life stamp set is a must too, BUT the fan flower surely takes the cake!! Thanks for sharing it with me, Michelle!

DOTTED RIBBON MADE EASY!

RIBBON ORGANIZATION
I had this very nice wooden ribbon holder where you put your ribbon spools on dowels and then just pulled off the ribbon you needed to use. I found that I wanted to be able to take the ribbon I wanted to use to my work table, and getting it off the dowel was simply not working for me. I saw one I thought would work much better for me, and I made it! I like just being able to pull out the ribbon I need, take it to my work table and then just slip it back in!! Nice and easy and organized.
MORE ORGANIZATION TIPS!
One of the "perks" I love best about being an SU! demonstrator is the FREEBIES! I just received this FREEBIE from my "Man in Brown" this evening, and I had to immediately fill it up! This is the Stampin' Stack & Store and can be found on page 193 of the Spring-Summer Collection 2008. It is a great way to store your brads, eyelets, beads...........

ORGANIZATION AND STORAGE
It seems many of my customers have made the New Year's Resolution to get organized! I have gotten lots of requests for organization and storage tips, so over the next couple weeks I will be shareing some ideas with you. This is a photo of how I store my punches. I try to avoid putting them in drawers and bins, because I find that if I can't see them, I don't use them. With this system they are always where I can see them, I can get to them easily and they are organized. My smaller punches are on the stand to the right. As you can also see, I hang my hand-held punches at the top of the punch rack. The pieces the punches are hanging on is a metal yard stick, and I keep the yardstick from being flush on the wood with the hooks you use to hang cups on in your cupboard. My friend Lisa helped me build this~~she is such an awesome "handi-woman"!

QUICK TREAT CONTAINER!
During the hoildays I felt like it was "crunch" time for me with all the gift giving, shopping, parties, stamping, etc....... Here is a quick packaging idea that I got from my friend, Val, who never throws a take out container away! I had made some caramel, chocolate covered pretzels; chocolate covered cookies; turtles and peppermint sticks dipped in chocolate to give to all my brothers and sisters for Christmas. With no time to run to the store for containers and packaging ideas, here is how I handled the situation. One photo is with the box closed (I did the typing on the computer~~no stamping :o). The other photo is a quick pic. of the goodies inside. I hope this does not make anyone too hungry~~my after-holidays diet is not quite in full swing just yet.
