I got this idea from Samantha Parisi. I had to make a few changes from her pattern because I wanted to use all current Stampin' Up! punches. We are going to be making this card in my Friday Hostess Club this week, and I hope the gals enjoy it! I used a CuttleBug embossing folder with the congratulation words on the YoYo Yellow cardstock, and here is a list of the punches I used:
WHISPER WHITE
1” Circle, double punch~~tassel cord
Word Window, double punch in half~~scroll/diploma
¾” square, fringe and fold~~tassel
BLUSH BLOSSOM
1 ¼” circle~~head
2 Word Window, cut in half~~neck and hands
Boho Blossom small Flower~~fingers
BASIC BLACK
2 Small Ovals~~arms
1 Trio Flower~~eyes
¾” Square, trim to long rectangle~~top of cap
1” circle punched and then punched with 5-Petal Flower~~hat part of cap
Word Window, cut in half~~feet
1 ½” x 2 ½”~~gown; tag corner punch top on both sides, notch in middle with ¼” square
CHOCOLATE CHIP
Scallop Circle~~hair
REAL RED
Double Rectangle~~ribbon on scroll/diploma
