Caroline Morgan is another very talented demonstrator whose cards I love! This is one she shared with us at our weekly demo. get together. It is a beautiful card, with a little "surprise" inside. When you open the top image flap, there is a 3x3 envelope that you can put an image/sentiment in. I really like the 'surprise' effect!
