Gretchen Barron and Patty Bennett have some of the cutest dresses made with the scallop circle die from the Big Shot on their blogs! I was so inspired that I simply had to give it a try. Here is what I came up with. This is some of the polka-dot-printed vellum paper from the Taste of Textiles paper. This is just one of those "fun" cards that you need to send for no reason other than to make someone smile!
