I think this card is just plain happy! I used a Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folder and a Dotted Cuttlebug folder, along with the big circle and scalloped circle Big Shot dies. Then I added some punches and Big Birthday Candles to add a bright and happy feeling. I can't think of anyone who could receive this card and not smile.
