When I saw this Island Oasis Designer Series Paper in the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog, I knew it was the perfect paper for me to use to make a vinyl bag for my sister to use on her boat. It has taken me a long while to get to it, but I am finally done with it, and I can't wait to give it to her this weekend while I'm visiting her. I know she's going to love it!
I have made several of these bags with a pattern I got from Dawn Rapsas's UStamp class, and I use mine all the time.
This is the first time I've added a little tag to the bag. Now, I have to go back and make some tags for the other bags I made, because I think the tag is just too cute.
