As I promised last week, here is a little video tutorial featuring the Inlaid Embossing Technique. At our last demonstrator get together Michelle shared this technique with us and made an awesome card with the branches from her Two Step Bird Punch. Over the weekend I was the lucky winner of a door prize at our Lansing Demonstrator get together, and I won the Seasonal Sentiments stamp set, which is available in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog. I really liked it, so I decided I should design a card for today where I could use that stamp set. Here is the card I came up with.
I also use the Full Heart Punch and the Heart to Heart Punch, both available in the 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalog; along with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder for the Big Shot. The colors I use are Real Red, Whisper White and Regal Rose. I added a pretty, pretty bow made with Real Red 5/8" Satin Ribbon.
Here is a little close-up view of the Inlaid Embossing Technique for you.
Enjoy today's video and be sure to stop by often to see what's happening in the Rubber Room.

Great technique, Chris! Love it!
Do we carry a bow maker in the catalog? I that something I've looked past? I'd love to get my hands on one of those.
I got my bow maker from the card ladies for $10; here's the link http://www.thecardladies.com/BowMaker.htm
Lee Conrey and SU! demonstrator has one that, from the picture looks just like the one I use. She sells her bow maker for $15 and here is that link

Hope that helps!
Hey Chris - Great video - love the card layout and color combo. Thanks for sharing with your friends that use the whole dimensional sometimes (lol)
