Check out this video from Stampin' Up! It details the new color changes and shows them in their groups. They are absolutely beautifl and make these color groups truly gorgeous!
I have heard a lot of different definitions for this acronym (Copy and Slightly Edit; Copy and Share Everything; Copy and Stamp Exactly......).
