I know, right, gorgeous!! With one look you recognize this as a "That Michelle" creation. Well, hold up, my friends. I admit she was the inspiration and did share the idea, but with all the tools in the Stampin' Up! arsenal, this card can be made in mere minutes by someone who swears they are not creative. Here is how it works:
1) Cut a piece of Island Indigo Card Stock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"; score at 4 1/4" and fold along the score line (this is your card base).
2) Cut a piece of Whisper White Card Stock at 5 1/4" x 4" and set aside.
3) Cut a piece of Watercolor Wonder DSP at 4" x 3" and attach to the top of the Whisper White piece of Card Stock.
4) Wrap a piece of Gumball Green 3/8" stitched ribbon around the front of the Whisper White Card Stock where it meets the Watercolor Wonder DSP and adhere it to the back of the Whisper White Card Stock.
5) Use some Island Indigo Ink to ink up the words from the Another Thank You Photopolymer Stamp Set and stamp them onto the Whisper White Card Stock. Stamp towards the right side (and not directly in the middle).
6) Now attach the Whisper White Card Stock to the front of your card.
7) Trim two flowers from the Watercolor Wonder DSP. Then I used my scissors (or a bone folder would work) to break down the fibers on the DSP and give both flowers a little curve (remember the DSP is thinner than card stock, so be gentle with it).
8) Attach one flower directly to your card front (on top of the GG ribbon). Add a Glimmer Brad to the middle of your second flower, put it on a dimensional on the back of the flower and then attach that to the front of your card.
SEE--SUPER, SUPER, SUPER EASY!
I know this isn't really, truly as good as a "That Michelle" creation, BUT this is as close as I am every going to make it to creating a "That Michelle" card, and I am lovin' it!
Thanks so much, "That Michelle" for your sharing your endless talents and keeping me inspired!!
