I AM OFF!

I am leaving very early in the morning for Indianapolis.  I will be participating in the American Heart Association walk on Saturday, and I have been working on my speech for the Lifestyle Change Award, which I will receive prior to the walk.  I have an entire weekend of fun planned with my family, and I am very excited to be getting away and to be walking for such a worthy cause.
