THURSDAY THANKS!

I don't think there is anything more powerful than a thank you card.  Whether it is for something someone did for you or whether it is a thanks for being you or for being my neighbor or my doctor or my friend, it doesn't matter why.  When you send a thank you card, you are letting someone know you recognize them and appreciate them.  It doesn't get much better than that in my book.  Today, let's let someone know we see them and appreciate them.

During these days of quarantine and uncertainty, I am going to do my best to share some happy, positive thoughts through my love of paper crafting.  And, instead of my once a week Create With Chris Live on Monday evenings, I will be sharing through videos throughout the week.  The goal right now is 3 videos per week. Each day I will post a "suggestion" for what sort of card to send.  You don't have to follow the suggestion, it's just something to help you in case you are struggling with who to send a card to, what kind of card to send, etc...  what really matters is that you send a card.  In this crazy world (that is getting crazier each day), it important we spread the happy mail wide and far!

I am sending a card each day during lent, but in light of everything that's happening in this wild and wacky world, it's more important than ever to spread the joy of happy mail. I hope all of you will join me in sending cards during these difficult times.

If you need cards to send, please PM me. I have lots and lots of cards, and I would love to put some in the mail to you so you can help spread the happy mail joy.

Each day I will post a reminder and a card "focus", in case you can't decide where to send a card. You don't have to follow the daily "focus", all you have to do is send a card each day!

THE RUBBER ROOM IS OPEN!

I always look forward to stamping with all of in-person. For some of us this is our only "escape" from the crazy times we are now experiencing. I want you to feel welcomed & comfortable in knowing I'm taking the following precautions.

Prior to class -

a) I will spray blocks and any tools with Lysol;

b) I am sanitizing door handles and surfaces within our home and the Rubber Room;

c) All treats will be in individual packaging;

d) l ask everyone use the provided hand sanitizer as you arrive and

throughout class as desired;

e) Wipes and hand santizer will be handy and plentiful on the work tables and in the snack area; and

f) Sadly, all hugging will now be fist/elbow bumping.

If you are at risk, or just prefer not to come out, please consider ordering the class to go and assemble the cards/projects at home.
